A firm lands on the watchlist when its monthly visits fall more than 90% from their own peak. That is a measurement and nothing more: a firm can lose its rankings, stop advertising or move domain and still pay traders on time.
The other half of the tracker is confirmed closures - each with a date and a primary source. A firm goes in when it says so, a regulator says so or a court filing says so. Never when a forum thread does.
